How long/early in advance do I have to book?

This depends on your event and your chosen service. For example, for full planning of a wedding, this can begin from a year in advance but for a baby shower, two weeks before may can be sufficient. We have highly experienced planners and coordinators and strive on challenges so have been able to deliver short notice events in a little as 3 days.

Do you provide clients with a contract?

Yes – the contract will be adapted to your event and requirements and issued upon your approval of your quotation.

What are your fees?

This will be discussed during your free consultation and based on your requirements for your event. Fees vary depending on the type of event, along with any suppliers fee. A quotation is provided to the client following the consultation and can be adjusted until the client is happy.

What payment options do you accept?

Due to COVID-19 we are only accepting payments by BACs.

Can you offer on-the-day coordination for my event?

Yes, we can provide on-the-day coordination for all events to ensure all runs as smoothly as planned.

How often will you be in contact with us after booking with you?

Regular contact and updates will be provided to the client. Meetings will be arranged planned.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we have Public Liability insurance.

Do you offer catering services?

Possibly, can be hired through our company.
